RfidSpace

RFID Hardware and Tag Ecosystem

RFID readers, antennas, mobile terminals, printers, tags, gateways and barcode hardware ecosystem used in RfidSpace projects.

Hardware selection is based on the asset, field environment, speed, mounting, tag surface and integration model rather than a catalog-only decision.

The controlled digital process from tag to report converts field data into verifiable, reportable and integrated business output.

Hardware Groups

  • Fixed RFID readers, antennas, portal and tunnel reading systems.
  • Mobile RFID terminals and reader sleds.
  • RFID printers, barcode printers and label encoding infrastructure.
  • BLE gateway, IoT gateway, datalogger and sensor connections.

Tag Selection

  • Paper, PVC, washable, on-metal, ceramic, tire, jewelry and high-protection tags are selected by process.
  • Tag read performance is tested with surface, angle, liquid/metal effect, temperature and mechanical durability.
  • Printed and EPC-encoded label production is matched with the project data model.
Field use cases

Hardware usage contexts

Hardware selection

Hardware is not included in a project before the field condition is verified.

The same reader or tag does not produce the same result in every field. Metal, liquid, dense stacking, transition speed, antenna angle, user behavior and integration needs are evaluated together.

Reader and antenna

Fixed reader, portal, tunnel, desktop reader or handheld terminal selection is based on item count, movement model, distance and error tolerance.

Tag and surface

Paper, on-metal, PVC, ceramic, tire, jewelry or special textile tags are selected through surface fit, durability and read stability tests.

Service continuity

After installation, device health, read logs, user actions and integration responses are monitored so the live operation remains controllable.
