Technical architecture

Field data collection

Data from dataloggers, gateways, meters, PLCs and Modbus devices is collected periodically, validated and stored as time series.

Dashboard and reporting layer

Live screens, alarm lists, date-range reports, custom charts and KPI cards are powered by the same data model.

Integration architecture

API-based data exchange can be built with maintenance, energy management, ERP, MES or third-party reporting systems.

Enterprise authorization

Users are separated by role-based access at facility, device group, dashboard and report level.

Gateway read queue

The Gateway API sends only physical reading points to the field. Priority readings are included when due without being blocked by the normal read limit.

Server-side calculation

Virtual and calculated reading points are produced on the server after physical data arrives, separating raw telemetry from business metrics.
