Field implementation

Washable tag selection is finalized after sample testing.

In laundry projects, tag selection is not based on product appearance alone. Stitching point, washing temperature, chemical exposure, drying, pressing and usage frequency are evaluated on the real textile item.

Sample test

The tag is first tested on the actual towel, linen, uniform or industrial textile item. Read distance, bag or basket reading, post-wash performance and user handling are checked together.

Customer separation

Each textile item is linked with customer, location, product type and usage status so mixed, missing or incorrectly delivered items can be reported.

Lifecycle reporting

Wash count, retirement threshold, loss movement, receiving and clean delivery records are kept in the same item history.
