RfidSpace

RFID label design, printing and EPC encoding

Custom RFID label design and production service for printed carton labels, EPC encoding, barcode, QR code, serial number and product data printing workflows.

Label printing and EPC encoding station

RFID label printing is more than sending a label to a printer. Product data, EPC rules, barcode, QR code, serial number, artwork and verification reads are managed within the same work order.

Pre-print control

Label template, product card, barcode or QR field and EPC generation rule are matched before printing starts to prevent wrong product, wrong serial number or empty EPC output.

Post-print verification

The printed label is read again to verify that the EPC code matches the product. Rejected labels are separated and the history stores user, date, time and printer details.

RfidSpace supports custom RFID label design and production, including printed and EPC encoded carton labels, product labels, barcode and QR code printing, serial number printing and verification workflows.

Label printing workflow details

Printing by category or material group

Single or batch label printing can start from product group, category, material type or document line.

Online template selection

Different label designs are selected from the web screen; product data, barcode, QR code and text fields are printed according to the template.

Automatic EPC encoding and log

While the visual label is printed, the RFID tag is encoded and the history is stored with date, time, user and printer details.
